Do you need a chip to cash dumps in U.S.?

Hey im new to physical carding and I wang to know if i can use a dump at a self checkout in a grocery store with just a magstripe. Im runnin a low budget and am going to buy an msr206 that comes with read/writing software. Also does anyone know if trump-dmps.ru is a good site?

Please lmk if i can cash with just track 1 n 2 on a magstripe card in the U.S. Also lmk about trump dumps bc i have heard ppl say its a hit or miss

you can use a dump on just the magstrip but im pretty sure you need a 101 dump + pin or credit dump for that. 201 dumps are chip dumps and it looks like thats what youre trying to avoid.

And most 101 dumps are generated or rippers and 201s are hard to run on the mag stripe because the newer terminals are now knowing when you shut the terminal off with a burnt chip

then how do you bypass the chip?
