I'm thinking of putting the shipping address as an apartment that is having an open house and I just stand outside the apartment and pick up the item when it ships does that seem like a good idea?

My friend, I tried to buy but the payment failed, is the website still cardable or did I do something wrong, I used bill=ship and it said that the billing address may have not matched the card holders address.
Any help would be great, thanks.
