Still don't explain how to prevent and or bypass the transferred failed . As your able to seen the payment every time with a live one and or can even have a old account with history and will still say failed.

Firstly, download Cash App on play store or App Store using this link For direct .APK Android or here For Iphone


Create an account and match it with the cc owner. You must have bought fullz so you can use the cc owner SSN.


Link debit card (Must be MasterCard or Visa Card), Amex and other types of card are not accepted.


Note: You must use the mobile app to link card or activate cash card.

There are updated methods that are working, but this one in particular does not work in August 2019... In my experience
