Depends on what you're looking to buy. If physical cards, you can buy embossed blacks elsewhere and load with your track1+track2. Prepaid cards can be found (charge cards more than anything) with swipe options only. Also, Tenbra / sweetmoney - Do not use.

What machine is it? That would help out a great deal. Besides that, you would also need MSR and embossing machine + cards with magnetic strips / PIN and the templates for said cards. Should be possible to create purely for swipe purposes.

I wouldn't recommend iPhone. You do not have as much customization as you do on an Android. If you get an android and root it, add the necessary OPsec then yes, it is possible (Even via home wifi)
