Whats mean all 5sucks plans, what should I buy? and should I card 5sucks or buy it?

What exactly are you trying to say. can you rephrase what "5sucks"? are you trying to ask if Socks is good to buy for carding?

l understand that for being safe l have to buy 5socks*, now l have 2 questions:
1. Can l safely card 5socks or l have to buy it?
2. With l need to buy it, which plan best for me?

1. You have to buy clean Socks 5
2. I recommend Vip72, about plan, choose the one that best suits your budget

@Nick I think the OP is referring to Socks5 Proxies.

Yes, Proxies are extremely important when Carding an Item. In addition, I can personally recommend VIP-72 proxy service as you can pin-point your Proxy to a specific GEO-LOCATION ensuring that your Card won't be declined unnecessary.
