visa Accessing Method
Use any non-vbv CC.
For me BIN: 463702 worked so other will work for you.
Requirements:
-> Vbv CC With SSN and DoB
-> Sock5 (same city) Priv8 & Unblacklisted (I recommend using 911.prs Socks)
-> Firefox Browser (You must disable WebIRTC and Flash Player Plugin).
-> CCLeaner
Clean Everything using CCLeaner, then goto whoer.net check that your IP and DNS are from same state or city. Check the timezone (they must be the same i mean System & Local tomezone). Only Javascript should be enabled.
Now close everything. And goto any 3D Secure Shop or 3D Secure Checker.

Just make the amount of money you will pay . Enter card details and go. It will show you a form asking for SSN or DoB, ZIP, Exp., Panel Signature Code (CVV), holder name. Just enter those infos. And click activate now. If the infos. Are correct it will ask you New Password. Just enter the new pass and confirm. After that save that Paswd.
Then goto the VBV page, goto login page it will ask you CC Number, Holder Name, & Paswd (which you cr8ted). Enter them. Don't copy paste just type them as the real owner do. Once you login change the email. (If otp needed you will get it there).
And done.
Just card with that cc. Even paypal carding works well with it.
