I need some advice on activating a fresh new CC. Without possibly alerting the CC holder via Txt Alerts, or whatever else may be set up.
I Have access to all the cardholder's information, as well as the online banking log in/app log in. (Its Discover card, btw)
But my fear is that once its activated the account holder will get a text saying its active, and since it wasnt activated knowingly, will be immediately turned off and reported stolen.
Does anyone know of a way to circumvent this? possibly open a whole new account log in for the new issued card? (its a re issued card because the former one was reported stolen too). Help me if yall have some solid advice
