I think my laptop has been blacklisted as a result of carding, all sites i use to card from now rejects my order, what do i do? Any advice?

before you conclude your laptop is blacklisted and take measures, can´t you first try it out on another device ?

I think my major problem is the cc. It seems to be low balance

yes, it doesn´t sound logical your computer itself is recognized. However tou canc hange a lot about the identity of your comp.
