Damn i wish i had seen this the other day.. Was all the way through the entire process (with a fullz i didnt want to waste). got to the very end of the payment processing steps and then asked me to have a OTP sent to either number on file as the card holder. I was like SHIT! GOD DAMN IT! Sadly even a background report didnt help as the numbers they were using seem to be newer than the numbers they had local to their address last.
