You can't bypass an OTP SMS check without access to the mobile phone. Unless you use a banking malware with SMS stealing capability. I am a malware developer and I can sell you my own coded Android banking malware. If you are interested, follow me. I will write you.

You make victim install the apk file to his phone. After sometime the malware scans device for banking apps and cast a fake login page. The credentials that the victim enters are sent to your telegram via bot. Then you login to bank account and when bank sends and OTP sms, it also is sent to you via telegram. Check this logs:
