cardable non vbv site using stripe. (noobs stay away)

Thanks for the share.... any noobs out there.
Stripe checks the email address to see how many cards are associated, how many failed/passed authorizations + match to card holder name.
If you F up---- Don't try again with the same card for at-least 7 days.
