correct procedure for carding

hey i'm new to carding and i would llike to know the correct setup i need to have in place for my laptop in order to do it. Also i've been ripped off 3 times trying to buy cc fullz and bank transfers. due to that i'm low on funds. is there truly a site somewhere that gives free cc info in order to get product or cash to help give a headstart to someone like me? this pandemic is crazy and i have kids that i need to take care of. thanks

I just try ferum shop I was trying to sign up but is asking me for Jabber I don know it can u share it please
