Of course. Only a scammer wouldn't provide something to authenticate.. However, it would be a pretty much worthless card, only used for authentication. Just an FYI everyone is a Scammer.. only like 5 true legit sellers exist on the entire dark web.
Us that use skimmers don't normally sell dumps as it's a loss to us.. I'm selling my remaining dumps because going in a different direction otherwise I'd just go get it myself or get someone to. There isn't any major risk..
