Help me!! What to do with thousands of dumps.

Hey I’m new to this my names Ron. Recently a very good friend of mines was arrested we met up a day before and he gave me a flash drive that said dumps on it. When I looked inside the folders there was 2 different folders that read out “dumps” & “Cvv”
I have no idea what it means or what to do with em all I know is he spoke highly of this site but if anyone can Pm me or hit my telegram: RonBurgundy I would appreciate to get this off my hand.
