How is my mobile carding OpSec setup?

I was thinking just the following:
Burner Phone
Paid VPN
Good Socks5 to cardholders state

Do I need anything else?

A smartphone is the worst thing regarding security, privacy and anonymity. You would have to have your phone fully unlocked to install another OS etc to be safe, so it would just be a computer but smaller. My best advice : never use a mobile phone, a cheap laptop with Windows 10 inside a good Qubes OS coupled with the use of Tails OS is the best setup.

Would you be willing to help me come up with a decent laptop carding setup on my personal computer? I cant yet afford another laptop so I was trying to avoid using my pc. I have an idea for a set up, if I could run it by you.
