i use paxful.com. but it has very high fees. on advantage site, you can register & verify with fake number, and must no be verified to make deals without any ID, means you can do deals, you can receive BTC and send BTC.

Thanks for the share. I think people often think it's harder to get than it is because you have to know where to look. If you just google "where can I get bitcoin" you'll just get a bunch of exchanges requiring kyc.
