I'm sure someone does. I read a tutorial on it a while ago. Didn't really have any interest so I didn't attempt to build it. Found the tutorial by google search.

i am also trying to find a place to either buy an atm skimmer preferable the gsm data receiver. but if i can build my own it would be better because i cant trust the sites that claim to sell the skimmers. so if anyone could help me please much appreciated.
