Just bought machine that make ids could I use it physical carding?

What machine is it? That would help out a great deal.

Besides that, you would also need MSR and embossing machine + cards with magnetic strips / PIN and the templates for said cards.

Should be possible to create purely for swipe purposes.

Yes, as long as you have good templates for the front and back.

Obviously for everything else, you would need the correct equipment.
