I was filling up Paypal Accounts for a dude but he has quit the business and I dont know this method how he cashed out the payments coming from victims (example: I was putting iPhones on ebay to sell and he was providing me up to 5 accounts per day, I let the victims send the money to the accounts and he was paying me 10%)
How can I do this my self? I can get a lot of payments in one day but I have no clue how I can cash out the money because the money gets on hold 21 days (and no I cant let them send it with Family&friends)
