  1. First you need to know the PSN and the email used to make the account.
  2. Next you need to contact PlayStation support they should ask for the the PSN name and the email.
  3. Next say you want to revert the email back to your they will do it.
  4. Next a email should be sent to you to verify you own the account verify then you should send a password change request and done, you have a new account
