Just to clarify, VBV cards can be used on cardable sites as the site itself is not VBV correct? As for non VBV cards you can use them anywhere?

Yeah there are non vbv sites that just dont have it, like small woocommerce or shopify websites once you find a non vbv/non msc site you can card any cc on it
