You have a pretty nice list there.
I recommend placing a VirusTotal link on your thread. I guarantee there's a virus in there somewhere.

Orcus. It has HVNC if used with Orcus_Bootstrap on file execute.
Nevertheless, it's the best RAT you can get, but unfortunately it's server-sided. Meaning
they can always shut you down, even after they discontinued the project. But they did
give the government access to shutting people down I believe.

Don't be discouraged until you try though. Only connect to the RAT when hosting it on a bulletproof server & using a VPN so you're not traced.
Also make sure your slaves are directed to a bulletproof domain so if you are blocked, you can always just switch servers and continue using them.
