Okay noobs I'm a noob too but I seem too know enough to help some of you get on the right track. You see that link I quoted, that is where you get your Socks5 from you create an account and make sure you have $22 in btc ready at the least because it is a 48 hour payment period and if you don't pay the full balance in whatever plan you pick your account will be deleted. Anyway the most secure way is too have a VPN (NordVPN) and a Socks5 proxy active. The VPN is so you cannot be logged while the Socks5 proxy is so your order doesn't get canceled because sites can detect when a VPN is on. Also Socks5 proxies can change your IP and make it look like your in a city you actually are not in. Hopefully I just fucked up a few of y'all indictment cases cuz if y'all are only carding using socks5 your internet traffic is still being logged and if your just using a VPN you burning the VPN until Law Enforcement forces that company to track logs.

also you can run one vpn on host and then another vpn in a virtual machine and then choose socks then you have to get past two layers of protection

dont use HMA AVAST IPVANISH

only recomended VPN provider is NordVPN and MAYBE IPVanish.
but the safest is to make your own on your Virtual Private server
