If you're American then no the CIA isn't a problem, CIA only deal with foreign domestic affairs/security. The main concerns from the Feds are: FBI, DEA, ATF, IRS and US Treasury. If you've already done stuff which is illegal online 9 times out of 10 then you're already on some watch list, the American's perform mass illegal subservience on all citizens without cause. However, to eliminate risks this is definitively good information for newbie carders to take note of. Good Share bud!

Yes you are correct. illegal online activity will automatically count as illegal shit period the best is a VPN as you say but I play with my life off VPN to be honest. I don't know why but I just do.
