What are some good sites to buy CC in from? Has anyone tried Bingo Dumps?

bingo dumps used to be ok but they are selling cards that they know are dead and will not refund

I bought 3 from bingo 2 of them were dead so I wouldn't recommend

Add me to the list of people with bad experiences at bingo dumps, I find it funny that he has this posted in his rules :

But this, turns out to be the furthest from the truth, in fact, I believe he knows darn well that they are dead and is selling them intentionally. The reason I believe this is that I provided him with evidence that the card I purchased was listed as dead, according to the bank, 2 weeks before I purchased it. He refused to even acknowledge it stating that his "checker" was the only source he would listen to.
... yeah because the bank isn't a good source.
