not at all, because i use a unique method that only few people know it, is secure and does not involve credit cards, so you can imagine how safe is without using cards, while the method works anyone can receive money, there are limits as i said in my first post: one transfer per month and maximum 5.000 usd, eur or gbp, i cant bypass this limit
